Single Use Sphincterotome

Cannulation is attempted using a pull Single Use Sphincterotome and/or contrast catheter. For patients who have difficulty intubating, perform a pre-incision. When performing endoscopic duodenal papilla pre-incision, different pre-cut methods should be used according to the duodenal papilla and its surrounding structures, intubation conditions, etc. ① Repeated insertion into the pancreatic duct: Keep the guide wire in the pancreatic duct, use a pull-type incision knife to make a small incision along the guide wire in the 11 o'clock direction of the nipple, and then try to insert into the bile duct. ② Lift the tweezers and cut at 11°. 'Clock direction of nipple. ③ Use a needle knife to pre-cut the nipple, that is, the needle knife is used to cut the duodenal mucosa and nipple sphincter layer by layer from the bottom of the nipple bulge to the nipple opening, from top to bottom or from bottom to top ④ Use a needle knife to open a window at the top of the bulge at 11 to 12 o'clock above the nipple, and cut it layer by layer.

Features:

1. The direction is accurate. Insert the needle at 11 o'clock and cut diagonally downward at 5 o'clock. It is relatively easy to find the lower end opening of the common bile duct.

2. Neat incisions: Avoid repeated blind and deep electric incisions

3. Depth is appropriate: if it is too shallow, the opening of the bile duct cannot be found; if it is too deep, it will easily perforate.
