【Instructions】

1. When taking the device out of the package, unfold it and pay special attention to check whether the appearance is kinked, bent or broken. If you find any abnormality that may prevent its normal use, do not use it.

2. Check the connecting wire. There should be no kinked, bent, damaged or exposed wires in the cable so that the power supply is normal. If there is any abnormality, the connecting wire must not be used.

3. Fully retract and extend the snare to verify that the product operates smoothly. Rotate the handle and confirm that the shredded shreds can rotate flexibly.

4. With the power supply of the high-frequency electrical equipment turned off, perform a trial connection operation between the equipment and the instrument. Firmly connect the connecting wire to the snare's handle electrode connection plug and the high-frequency electrical equipment. According to the high-frequency electrical equipment manufacturer's requirements, place the patient return electrode and connect it to the high-frequency electrical equipment.

5. When the polyp is within the endoscopic field of view, completely retract the snare into the sheath, and then slowly insert the sheath into the endoscope working channel until the front end of the snare extends out of the endoscope. WARNING: To ensure patient safety, power to the high-frequency electrical device should be disconnected until the snare is fully positioned around the polyp.

6. Push the sliding handle of the snare until the snare shred completely extends out of the sheath, and place the shred around the polyp to be removed. To successfully remove polyps, the cutting plane should be perpendicular to the polyp pedicle. When it is not vertical, you can rotate the handle and adjust the angle of the snare plane until it is vertical. WARNING: To ensure patient safety, power to the high-frequency electrical generator device should be disconnected until the snare is fully positioned around the polyp.

7. Follow the high-frequency electrical generator equipment manufacturer's instructions, turn on the power, and verify the required setting parameters.

8. Perform polypectomy to cut the polyps.

9. After completing the polypectomy, turn off the power of the high-frequency electric generator. Retract the snare into the sheath and withdraw it from the endoscope.

10. Collect polyps and prepare or dispose of samples according to the treatment methods of the hospital.

11. After the operation is completed, unplug the connecting cable from the snare electrode plug and dispose of the product according to the hospital's guidelines for biohazardous medical waste.

12. Disconnect the connecting wire from the high-frequency electrical equipment and wipe off all foreign matter on the connecting wire with a damp cloth. Store loosely coiled.
